Can anyone share their experience with different new construction builders for low budget homes?

I am hoping to buy a first time home owner and I can see new construction homes from David Weekly homes, Legend Homes, DR Horton and History maker homes.

I am looking for reviews on these builders as these are the ones that kinda fit into my budget range.
