Can anyone recommend some good examples of Texas snacks or treats I can get in the area that would mail well?

I'm relatively new to the area and would love to send a package to friends and family on the East Coast but all the quintessential things I can think of wouldn't send well.

Any good examples of local treats or other goodies you think would be good for an inclusion in a "Texan Care Package?"
