Can anyone recommend a Colorado style Mexan restaurant?

My in-laws are coming to visit from Colorado and I know they love Mexican food (green chili and cheese smothered burritos or chicken burritos with just seasoned chicken) is there any place on the North or West side of the city that serves Colordo style dishes??

Or is there anyone from Colorado that has found a place here that they love and would recommend?
