Can anyone help me remember?

My husband and I lived in Houston in the 90’s. We got engaged at a Mexican restaurant that had free salsa dancing lessons in 98. He thinks possibly on Richmond or Westheimer close to the loop. The restaurant was a woman’s name that maybe started with an E. We are in town for a visit and thought we’d drive by if it still exists. Fun times!! Thanks for your help!
