Can any graphic designers collaborate on a World Cup idea

Have the iconography and message to share in the creation of a tongue in cheek image of this year's world cup. From the viewpoint of a lifelong football fan, there is much controversy to this WC before it started and this art piece would commnet on that. Glad to share the idea, which would only take 5 mins to produce. My reason is to make my father laugh when he unwraps it: hope yours would be the same.. Willing to pay for the time, but think 40/60 majority ownership of the copyright will be more lucrative for you
