Can 2 Friends Fight It Out?

Ok – honest question – is it weird for two dudes to agree to go to a boxing gym, put on headgear and mouthguard and throw down a bit? A coworker was driving me nuts and i told him i'd love to fight him – i suggested we book time at the gym and come to an understanding. Some think this is crazy but i'm curious other 'mens' opinions. These two guys are the same size and fitness. Not trying to injure each other but physically working out some differences. Can anyone recommend a gym?:)
