Calling all former Nit Noi lovers

Hi fellow Houstonians. If you remember Nit Noi Thai restaurant, and you had their delicious chicken curry with carrots, potatoes, and pineapple, where can I get an equivalent or better chicken curry!? With similar menu and ambiance!? It was an all time favorite in our house. Looking for a replacement since they went out of business and closed all locations 😭
