Call time for a bobble head give away?

Hey everybody! Surprising my mom and girlfriend with tickets to the Snoopy bobble head giveaway on 8/1. My mom recently had a major surgery, and just celebrated her birthday. She’s a huge Peanuts fan, and an even bigger Astros fan. I HAVE to manage to get in the juice box before they’re all gone, what time would be best for me to show up to guarantee a bobble head?
