Call for Head Coaching Suggestions for a Research Project
Largely to procrastinate work and distract myself from the election, I'm undertaking a mini research project to build out a full evaluation & comparison of the potential HC options.
Right now I'm looking at the following names (not in order of preference):
- Eric Bienemy
- Robert Saleh
- Jim Harbaugh
- Todd Bowles
- Josh McDaniels
- Lincoln Reilly
- Matt Eberflus
- Joe Brady
- Matt LaFleur
Anyone else the sub would like to include?
I'll post results in a separate thread later this week. I will be evaluating factor such as the following:
- Coaching tree, mentors, scheme philosophy
- Whether or not they have head coaching experience (NCAA or NFL)
- Offensive or Defensive background
- Age
- Overall record
- Level of talent (for NFL HCs and Coordinators)
- QBs they have worked with
- Playoff success
Anything else to add to the analysis?
