Caldwell Cos. breaks ground on 4,000-home master-planned community in Porter

The community was designed to resemble a heavily wooded national park and will feature recreational lakes, a 300-acre nature preserve and a sandy beach area. There will also be a semi-private 18-hole golf course and several other amenities.
