Calculating Taxes in Montgomery County?

Hey, neighbors. I’m considering moving and buying a house in Magnolia. However, I’m having a heck of a time figuring out what property taxes might cost.

The city of Conroe adds all the various taxes together and gives an aggregate total, but I can’t find anything for Magnolia. Only the specific property tax rate of something like 0.43 per $100. I’ve looked at the mcad-tx.org website, but when you search by a comparable property, it only gives info about the property and not taxes or totals or tax rates.

Does anyone know where I can get the aggregate tax rate to calculate what property taxes might cost?

I feel like either I’m dumb or I’m losing my mind.
