Cafes/Restaurants next to airport runways

Hello, I am looking for any restaurants or cafes that are next to airport runways near the Houston area. I know that there is the Runway Cafe in Angleton Texas but I was wondering if the other regional airports in/near Houston have something similar. I am an aviation enthusiast and I would love to be able to watch planes takeoff and land while drinking a coffee.
