Buying Raw Turkey Necks in Town

Does anyone have advice on where I could buy in bulk, raw turkey necks?

They are a big part of my dogs diets and H‑E‑B doesn’t always have them, I’m wondering if there’s some sort of meat market that might have/sell them in bulk around town?
