Buying a house with Carpenter Ants

I am contemplating whether to buy a home that previously had damage done by carpenter ants. The seller’s disclosure did say that the issue has been repaired/resolved from the previous seller. They also mentioned that they treat their home bi-monthly by Terminix and have not had any problems since. Just wanted to see what your thoughts are.
