Buying a house in spring branch and is this neighborhood good?

I’m purchasing a townhome in the spring branch area and the unit is located just north of Long Point, east of Blalock rd and west of Bingle Rd. I was wondering if this area is overall safe to live in and is there any known issue that I should be concerned about?
