Butcher that sells organ meats?

What butcher in town sells specialty organ meats? Other than beef & chicken liver, gizzard, etc. Stuff more like green tripe, pancreas, spleen, kidneys etc.

I'm looking for them for my cats. Prefer on the North side. Spring-Cypress area is best. Somewhere not far off of 45 between Conroe and Webster is fine too.
