Burt’s Meat Market!

For anyone like me who grew up eating there and ordering food from there for every family occasion…

What’s a good comparable place? I’ve only tried a few places, namely Herbert’s because my husband is from Louisiana and grew up near the one there. It just doesn’t taste the same to me.

Anyone have any ideas? Or, hell, does anyone have any of their boudin recipes!?
