Burrito place that doesn’t charge for chips?

I moved here recently from Atlanta and apparently it spoiled me on something…

In Atlanta, all the "build your own burrito" places (except Chipotle) include AYCE chips and salsa with every meal. I've tried a few of the places here like Freebirds and the new Cabo Bob, but they all want me to pay an extra $2-3 on top of my burrito…

Is there any of those kind of restaurants that include chips? Not a sit down place, obviously they usually do…and not a Taco Bell style either, I'm thinking of the "Subway" style ones where you go down the line customizing your burrito

Or am I just doomed to chiplessness now?
