Trill Burgers, Bun B’s iconic smash burger joint, is opening a second Houston location just outside of the Upper Kirby neighborhood, according to a release.

The newest outpost, which is located in the former location of a Boston Market at 7616 Westheimer Road in the Mid West area, is slated to open sometime this summer, marking what will be Trill Burger’s fourth location in the Houston area. Representatives for Trill Burgers announced earlier this year that they’d also open two locations in the Houston suburbs — a location in Spring, which is set to open “soon,” and another location in Missouri City on Fort Bend Parkway, which will also open in the summer.

Trill Burgers, which got its start as a pop-up before officially opening its first brick-and-mortar in Montrose in 2023, has been incredibly busy this year. It recently launched Trill Town at the Houston Rodeo, a 9,000-square-foot space with its own dedicated food stall that sells OG burgers and exclusive dishes in collaboration with Truth BBQ. The space also has bar, a merchandise stand, and its Trill Lemonade truck, which serves freshly squeezed lemonade and Dirty Sodas.

Bun B and his team also announced that Trill Tenders, a Trill Burgers spin-off pop-up that sells chicken tenders, will soon open its own separate restaurant that will sell its flavorful fried chicken tenders in entree- and sandwich-form, and atop loaded fries.

Trill Burgers is also available inside of the NRG Stadium at the Rodeo through March 23 in Sections 115, 135, 522, and 548.
