Bulb Energy

I just signed up for Bulb (Not a referral link) Energy online. It seems great but it is very new, wondering if anyone in the area of Houston use it and how it is for you? I am pretty excited as the rates seem pretty good and there isn't a contract? I just would like some real world reviews on if its worth it or if I should jump to another more established company. Advice needed, thank you!
