Buffet recommendations?

I’m from the definition of Small Town, Texas, where we had only bbq and Mexican food. Since I moved to Houston I’ve wanted to try other types of food, but considering I’ve never ate anything beyond orange chicken or Vermicelli, I have no clue if I would like anything (esp as I am weak af when it comes to spice). Does anyone have any recs on place that would be easy to try a bunch of food for cheap?
