Buffalo bayou something going on?

Why is there not a single soul at the Eleanor Tinsley park in Buffalo Bayou? It’s 12pm on Saturday – no one on the volleyball court, no one on the grass. Just like one person waking the trail. Park has been packed on days much hotter and cloudier than today. Super weird…
