Buffalo Bayou Park hours.

Hey, everyone. First off, I just want to say I hope everyone is doing well during the pandemic! And also, this question might sound dumb, so I apologize. I just recently moved to Houston a couple months ago I’ve been wanting to a visit Buffalo Bayou Park at night to walk my dogs but I saw on the park’s website that it closes at 11pm. I’ve only passed by this park and I’ve seen how a lot of the walking trails are lit. Does the park actually close at 11? As in, everyone has to leave and they shut off the lights? I’m asking because it’s a large outdoor park and thought maybe the trails were open to walk whenever.
