Buffalo Bayou Park at night

Hey everyone I'm an urban/architecture photographer and I'll be visiting the city soon. From what I saw, it seems that from buffalo Bayou Park I can take great shots with views of the Houston skyline at night. The question is: how safe is the Park to be around at 8 or 10pm with the camera? Thanks!
