Buffalo bayou no wake zone

So this might be a dumb question… Is the entirety of Buffalo Bayou a no wake zone? I ask this because after some research, it appears there’s nothing legally stopping one from taking a jet ski on Buffalo Bayou, provided you can get it there somehow. I want to try to do this because no one has really done it recently that I can find. I think it would be a cool experience.

Is there a set water speed limit in Houston city limits? I can’t seem to find the information anywhere.
