Budget friendly hair salon recs for a gal with curly hair

I don’t have much $$ from student life but I haven’t had a haircut in 3 years and it’s starting to get out of hand. Please help 😓 Anything under $30 would be ideal but I haven’t heard of a place that does a good job at such a low cost
