Budget friendly electricity Company

I’m going to be moving into my first apartment and I have everything down but I’m stressed about electricity. I don’t know which one to pick between 4change energy, reliant energy and frontier utilities. Do you guys have any recommendations or what plans I should be looking for? Thanks in advance 🙂
