Budget business casual work pants for women?

Hi all. I was looking for recommendations on where to buy affordable formal-ish black pants for women. Within the 610 Loop.

I recently got a job as a teller and need some business casual pants. Doesn’t have to be super fancy, just a nicer looking material than jeans.

I prefer relatively fitted legs, rather than loose cut. In the past, I’ve found some stretchy synthetic material pants that were near the jeans section but looked nice enough for work.

Hoping to stay under $30 a pair for the time being. Thanks for any help!
