Brunch with a vegan option

We are planning a family brunch and have a vegan family member. I'm trying to find a restaurant that has a vegan option…that isn't just a plain salad. One is option is all we need (more the better of course). There was an awesome thread from a few weeks back with lots of vegan restaurants but we would prefer a place that for both vegans and non-vegans. Any suggestions? TIA
