Brunch Buffet

It seems the last and only time this was asked was 6 years ago. I'm aware of Caracol and Hugos, but is there still anywhere that still does a trad brunch buffet with the omelet bar and roast beef station that is NOT a country club? Is this just too unfashionable now? Mother's Day is coming up, so getting this question out now.
