Brown Spotted Dog seen running west on Memorial by the park at midnight (possibly a Braques Français breed)

I was driving east on Memorial tonight around midnight (Friday night/Sat am) and spotted a large brown spotted breed of dog running west on Memorial in the park area. Unfortunately I could not stop to call towards the dog but it looked like one of those fancy breeds (Braques Francais), a family dog that possibly got loose in the park or something.

I'm not sure what else to do but post this here in case the owner comes across this info. It has been bothering me quite a bit and I wish I would've stopped.
