Bring on the downvotes

Obviously if what deshaun is being accused of is true then he deserves everything he’s gonna get but as far as I can tell these are just accusations and the lawyer said he was gonna present evidence earlier this week hasn’t yet. Do I think it’s possible deshaun did those things, yes it certainly is. We don’t know any of these athletes personally and we don’t know what they are capable of, so of course it’s possible.

Do I think it’s also possible for people to lie and make false accusations in an attempt to get money, yea I do. I know we live in time where if you don’t immediately believe something your seen as some kind of terrible person so I fully expect people downvote this.

While You should never make generalizations of people (dumb to say that because I’m about to make a generalization I know) I do feel like a lot of the people that hear any accusation and immediately believe it are just white knighting, self righteous. But that’s just my opinion.

A lot of you probably won’t read this far down, I’m sure a great majority only read enough of this post to get pissed off and then downvoted/angry commented. But my main reason for posting was NOT to say deshauns innocent until proven guilty, I’m a very casual football fan anyways. But I mainly wanted to express my disgust with a lot of people on this sub that are now reveling in this story and believe deshaun did those things not because of evidence and not because of the women’s testimonies but they believe it because they are mad he wanted to leave the Texans.
