Brewpub or bar where it wouldn’t be out of place to study or work on a laptop.

I have some monotonous work to do on a laptop. Can totally drink a beer or glass of wine while I do it but I need to stay close to a certain area and can’t WFH. I feel like you can’t just whip out a laptop anywhere… your suggestions? Preferably west loop area or Pearland-ish.
