Bressler law firm enters Texas with acquisition of Ballard & Littlefield

Bressler, Amery & Ross has acquired Houston-based Ballard & Littlefield, giving the New Jersey-based law firm a presence in Texas for the first time.

The combination was effective Aug. 1, according to a press release.
