Brennan’s of Houston hires executive chef with noteworthy resume

Brennan’s of Houston has a new executive chef.

Joseph “Joey” Chavez, whose resume includes famous restaurants across the U.S., will take the position vacated by Joe Cervantez, who left to join the upcoming Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House.
