8 Games, 31 ABs, batting 5th or 6th: * 5 HR * 10 RBI * .419 BA * 1.062 SLG

Batting order is not supposed to matter! Anomalies like this make me pretty damn stitious though. Thought it might be a strike zone thing batting after 2 huge lefties but Peña is the same height & is unaffected (unless there’s RISP). They need a veteran in the 4 hole or to split the lefties with Altuve at the 3 (who is killing it in high leverage situations this year, as you’d expect from a vet) and move Yordan down to the 4. Unless batting after Yordan is Bergman’s kryptonite. In that case he’s just as good at 6 too.

Espada needs to play Tetris until it works because there’s a beast of a lineup in there waiting to be unleashed & I love watching Dodgers fans mourn at their annual money can’t buy happiness festival.
