Breaking lease?

I’m not sure where to post this but just asking for advice if anyone knows.

So back in July there was a naked woman picking up large rocks from the landscaping and throwing them into vehicles. I managed to catch all of it on video due to the fact that the same lady was trying to break into my apartment at 5am right before she started throwing rocks. Eventually the police came and found her sleeping in an unlocked car.

Fast forward to this past weekend(Late Monday/early Tuesday) the same lady(police confirmed it) slashed tires on at least 10 other vehicles including ours. Now our down stairs neighbors just had(Tuesday afternoon) someone break in to their apartment and get jumped by 5 other people. Needless to say were not feeling too safe here.

Now back to the vandal. I spoke to the officer taking the report and he told me that he recently just arrested her two weeks ago and has several run ins with her. Our apartment knew all this information and has done nothing. No cameras, no security, nothing. My neighbors have installed their own outside cameras(Which is kinda creepy because they can see when we come and leave)

So far we’ve been offered another apartment on the same property but we want out of here or at the very least a different property. I have a strong feeling I’m just going to have to eat s**t and finish the lease while of course paying for new tires.

Sorry for the rant just looking for advice.

TLDR: Crazy woman has been vandalizing cars and property just want to know if I have any grounds to terminate my lease.
