Breakfast Tacos near Greehouse Road

Okay, I work in a office park near Greenhouse and Clay. I drive to work every morning from the Heights. I want to find a good breakfast taco place that close to work but on the way. It can be inside a convenience store or grocery store, etc. Extra special if they are open at 6-7 in the morning.
