Bottom of 9th+

Ok, so last nights loss had me thinking. We had the bases loaded with no outs at the bottom of the 10th, but proceeded to blow it off some bad luck and bad calls by the ump. Here’s the question though: Since we know that one run will guarantee us a win, and we have a runner on third, why not just hit sac flys until they can get home? For that matter, with a runner placed on second why not hit a sac fly to get them to third and another to get them home every game it’s tied at the bottom of the potential final inning. Are there rules against it, would the defense be prepared, or are sacrifice flys just harder to pull off than standard hits?
