Bookstore Recommendations

I have some free time and would love to spend some time browsing the shelves and finding a great book. Half-Price and Quarter-Price Books are both great, but I’m wondering if there are any other independent shops I should check out.

Also, anyone remember Bookstop? I die a little inside when I pass the Trader Joe’s that’s there now.
