Bond cut in half for 17 year old who robbed and paralyzed woman

I’ve never felt more unsafe than now after hearing about this. It’s crazy to think that you can rob someone, get out, do it again then have your bond cut in half so you can repeat. As a Houstonian, this has to make you feel uneasy hyper vigilant when you’re out and about.
