Anvil Bar & Refuge, a longtime James Beard Award contender, will reopen Nov. 11, CultureMap reports.

Bobby Heugel’s acclaimed cocktail bar in Montrose has been closed for months due to restrictions created to curb the spread of Covid-19. Texas Gov.
