Boat flipped at Hermann Park

Does anyone know what happened at Hermann Park with the paddle boat that flipped over? I came out of the park and there were two fire trucks and several other emergency vehicles parked on the sidewalk and hurrying over to the water with various tools. Someone said there were kids on the boat. I didn’t have time to stop and see what was going on though.

Does anyone have any info?
