Boat Disposal Options

I'm looking to dispose of a 70s Glastron Fiberglass boat that's in terrible condition.

Around 2009, my maternal grandfather stored his boat that he bought from my father at my wife's brother in law's work lot. The company is selling that lot so I need to get it moved. The problem is the boat is falling apart. The motor broke off the back pretty much snapping a chunk of the rear hull off as well. Second, my grandfather is 85 now and his memory isn't quite the same so we have no idea if he swapped the title to his name or where it even is if he did change it (asking my father is not an option, unfortunately.)

I've been quoted ~1,500 to have it cut up and hauled off which I guess is a viable option if none others exist.

I was hoping someone out there may have a good suggestion before I have to start making midnight drops to industrial parks around town (joking, of course).
