Board game night recommendations wanted please!

I came from San Antonio which had a couple good board game places and events at each maybe once a week for board game nights. I know about The Forge on Fridays, anyone know others that’d be welcoming to a single walk in player? Any part of the city works for me if it’s a solid group/location but I live in the Spring area for reference.
