Bloody car on Beechnut today

Does anyone have any information on the abandoned car that was found on Beechnut this morning? There was blood on the inside of the car windows on the driver side from the front all the way to the back windows. My coworker saw it parked and abandoned when he was dropping his wife off at work at the hospital a block away.
