Block 334 and Downtown vibes??

I’m from Colorado and moving in June.

1.) I’m very seriously considering an apartment at Block 334 and want some insight into the area and living experience.

2.) What’s there to do around downtown beyond bars/lounges? I saw someone talk about “philosophically drinking” which sounds so cool. Anything along the lines of unique third places.
