Blackwood Skyfarm connects nature, plants hope for incarcerated youth

Blackwood Educational Land Institute is the farmer at the biggest rooftop farm in Texas, located in Downtown Houston. The organization completed its pilot program with the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department.
