BlackRock to acquire Global Infrastructure Partners in multibillion-dollar deal
Massive New York-based investment company BlackRock Inc. (NYSE: BLK) has agreed to acquired infrastructure fund manager Global Infrastructure Partners, both of which have major investments into Houston energy companies.
