Blackouts?

I live in Louisiana. I'm under blackouts for mlb.tv (for whatever reason) for Astros and Rangers games. How is it possible to watch these games without bootlegging on some random streaming site? Anyone run into this issue? Also Manfred, End the blackouts dumbass
